We started rummaging through a bunch of the footage that we shot during the process of recording our latest album “Light Up the World”. To all of us, one of the most special moments on the record is the instrumental section of “Angel Song”. It’s a song that’s really taken shape as we’ve played it live over the years. When we decided to put it on the studio record we wanted the song to be spontaneous just like it is when we play it live. That being said, when all went in to do our parts we really tried to just go for it and do as little editing as possible. The first thing we recorded was the drums. The Gonz happened to pull out the video camera while Hendy was tracking this section of the song. It was a cool moment so we thought we’d share it with you!
