It’s been a few weeks since we’ve said hello and told you all what’s been going on! sorry bout that. Hope you all have been enjoying the record:) We have really loved getting to do the new songs live.

Our latest adventure was a trip down to Dallas TX, to lead worship at the one and only Gateway Church. We spent about a week there and had a grand ol time. Almost missed our flight out because of a crazy blizzard here in the Springs. As soon as we landed in Dallas we headed straight to Gateway to lead the first of the 8 worship services we would be a part of over the next few days. That’s lots of worsh, just how we like it

Monday we had a once in a lifetime unexpected opportunity to go see U2 in the new Dallas Cowboys stadium. Hard to describe that experience, it was unreal.

Lead worship again on Tuesday and Wednesday night at Gateway’s college and high school groups. Had and incredible time. These services are held at their “Southlake” campus. We’ve lead worship their several times and it always ends up being such a blast.

Headed back home on thursday morning for a quick rest.

Friday morning it was back to the races. A small portion of the D:BAND, Jon, Nico, and myself spent the weekend leading at Focus on the Family. We went with the “acoustic” vibe, and really loved it. It’s really different for us to not crank up the electrics and bang on the drums as loud as we can We had some really great times of worship throughout the weekend.

After the Focus event, we all got to settle down and catch our breath a bit. Then came _tag retreat. One of the d_band’s favorite things to do every year. It’ll take a separate blog to describe that. Maybe we’ll include some video in that one.
