Hello Friends,

Welcome to the new website! We are REAL excited about it. I know that it’s been far too long since we’ve updated you on the goings on of the d_band. That being the case there is a whole bunch to update you on, and after you have been fully updated, we will from now on be updating you on the current happenings, and possibly the futuristic happenings of d_band (no guarantees on the futuristic happenings).

The last thing you heard from us quite a while ago when we released the “everyone overcome” record. You may be wondering what we’ve been doing since then(you may not care)… either way, i can tell you most assuredly we have been REAL BUSY! We’ve continued to lead worship at New Life, done some traveling, released a church record called “Counting on God”, and we recently finished our 5th desperation band record. We’re calling it “Light Up the World”.

This record is different for d_band in many ways, and we are so excited about it! Each time we do a record we really want to make sure there is a reason for doing it. We don’t ever want to record a bunch of songs and throw em on an album just for fun. Through the years we feel our efforts, ideas, and purposes have become more and more focused. And this record definitely feels like the most focused. An incredible thing has happened in our church over the last year, and we believe it’s happening in many other places, and we want to see it happen in many many more places.
